Delivery information We can send any of the products listed on this website to anywhere in New Zealand for the flat rate of $6.00. Orders over $50.00 will be posted freight free.
All international orders will be quoted at the time of order. Freight for these orders is price dependant on weight, size and destination. We will contact you prior to processing to advise exact cost and will require confirmation of freight cost via email from you prior to dispatch.
Returns Policy If for any reason you are unhappy, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Prior to returning, please contact us so that we are aware of its impending arrival. Please note we are happy to offer a full refund of the product value but are unable to refund freight costs unless the return is a result of our error. We can not refund your purchase unless it is sealed and in its original packaging. All return freight is the responsibility of the sender. Should you need to return anything, please contact us and we'll provide return details.
